  I am dedicating the time to write this review. I had the chance to visit El Asador Argentino (in Aprilia, Italy), a steakhouse run by Edu, a passionate culinary expert from a small town in Cordoba, Argentina. He's been dedicated to the gastronomic world for quite some time and opened this meat-focused restaurant 7 years ago. We stumbled upon it by chance on Google Maps, and being just an hour away from Rome and missing a good Argentine barbecue, we decided to give it a try. Right from the start, the warm reception created a homely atmosphere. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Edu's wife prepared the seasonings, sauces, and desserts. Edu himself stood out as a grill master, crafting homemade sausages and showcasing exceptional grilling skills. Edu pays meticulous attention to every aspect of his culinary process. He uses Cuban charcoal to cook, ensuring the meat is perfectly cooked without losing its juiciness. Moreover, his technique of keeping the meat hydrated while cooking is evident in every bite. His selection of Argentine, Uruguayan, and American cuts of meat underscores his commitment to quality and authenticity. Of course, our culinary journey kicked off with an “empanada” that turned out to be a true hit, deserving of a perfect 10 rating.   We had a group luncheon at El Asador with 24 people. The service, the food, the attention to detail was amazing! Every member of our group had glowing reviews of their experience. They handled all of our various dietary requirements with ease. The owners are a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service ! As an Argentinian I was there looking for home made food and that’s what I found! The asado was exactly like an Argentinian one, also they sell the same wines that I drink in Argentina. Plus Eduardo, the owner was super nice, warm and kind with us. The service was excellent from every people at the staff. Nothing more to said than 10/10 restaurant and 100% recommended
