What an amazing surprise and deserving of more than 1 michelin star beyond any doubt. So many surprising dishes, wonderful wine pairing from Spain and friendly yet very professional service. Highly highly recommended for anyone either in Jerez or Cadiz.

Wonderful and memorable dining experience. We opted for the Clay menu with wine pairing, and would highly recommend. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavors. The service was excellent as well. Definitely a Michelin star worthy dinner!

Exceptional service and food. This has to be a top 3 restaurant on any list. Every dish arrived perfectly plated, delicious in unexpected ways, and the flow was perfectly orchestrated. Due to a tight travel schedule, we presented a unique challenge to the restaurant staff upon arrival. We only had ONE hour to get through the 15 course lunch menu. The waiter initially didn't think it was possible, but promised to try. Success! The crew worked in overdrive to deliver every dish one after another in the one hour timeframe. We didn't feel entitled to perfect service or even a full meal, yet they delivered. One of the more positive surprises was that the waiter noticed I was eating left-handed, and offered to adjust the placement of the utensils. Wow! I will let the photos do the talking for food.

Fantastic restaurant well deserving of its Michelin star. The food was creative and made use of local ingredients to Jerez, Andalucia and Spain. The service and atmosphere were impeccable. We had the 12 course meal paired with wine and would strongly recommend!
