    I was on a short trip in Sweden. With a dear One visited Lovely India, basically a Bangladesh owned Restaurant in Uffsala, Sweden. The place seems to be a little heaven with warmth and hospitality in foreign land. Enjoyed lunch... What a tasty menu, freshly cooked, mouthwatering and prepared with care. Chicken, Salads, Vegetables, Beef, Grills... all halal and the amount.... unlimited.... Hearty Thanks to Mr Ratan Bhai...the owner... For extraordinary hospitality and care.

    Authentic and delicious! We enjoyed the chicken curry, fish and vegetables, rice, and naan… everything was flavorful and fresh. Highly recommended for real Indian cuisine.

    I am a vegetarian and have been eating paneer for over 30 years, so I know the difference between paneer and halloumi. I ordered a vegetarian thali that included Palak Paneer, but what was served was clearly halloumi, not paneer. For those who don’t know the difference, it’s easy to be tricked. Serving halloumi instead of paneer without informing customers is misleading and unsafe, especially for people with allergies. I am posting this to warn others — until this is fixed, I cannot recommend Lovely India, Uppsala.

    The best Indian food I've ever had. The taste was rich and full of authentic flavours found in the Indian kitchen. The dishes comes in a very eye-pleasing presentation and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Both me and my wife were very pleased with the experience and very full after the dinner. I would very much recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy quality Indian food. The meat in the beef curry was very soft and juicy. I want to give thanks for the helpful busy staff as well. Very nice customer service!

    Food is below average compared to other Indian restaurants here. But compared to the price it is ok! We went there between 1-2 on a Friday and it was packed. Usually not so crowded at other times. Also they should look at the decoration, there is a lot to improve.
