  I’ve eaten at many Indian restaurants and this one is my favorite! The food is as good as it gets, their prices is reasonable, the staff are SO KIND, and the atmosphere is lovely. Do yourself a favor and check this restaurant out.

  Had an absolutely delightful experience at Taste of India in Sundsvall! If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors in northern Sweden, this place is a true hidden gem. I last visited five years ago and to my surprise, the taste is still just as rich, bold, and unforgettable. Some things really do stand the test of time. The biryani was the star of the meal! Fragrant, flavorful and cooked to perfection with just the right pinch of saffron and spices that danced on the palate. Each bite was rich yet balanced. Spicy lamb Pakora with a bold spicy kick that packs flavor without overwhelming. A perfect starter to wake up your taste buds. Chicken Tikka Butter Masala, the kids favorite. Tender pieces of grilled chicken in a luscious, creamy, and mild spicy sauce, comforting and satisfying. And soft, warm, and freshly made naan was a great combo. Service was warm and welcoming and the atmosphere cozy but vibrant.

  Was wandering round Sundsvall looking for somewhere to eat, being a big fan of Indian food i went in. Was midweek and very quiet, only 2 other table's occupied. Lots of reviews on here saying how nice the food is so had high hopes. Sadly the food was fairly bland and the meat tough. Not one I would try again.

  Sorry but not good food at all. There is better place with Indian food in town. All either too sweet or undercooked. Very long waiting time - almost an hour during the weekday. Best dish were frozen samosas.

  Really flavoursome Indian food, highly recommend. Extra rice does not appear to incur extra charge here when we visited. The only thing I should mention is that there seems to be (very big) rats roaming under the wooden terrace of the restaurants on this street. It was kind of disturbing watching them sprinting from here to Invito (next door) back and forth during our visit.
