  Very small serving & really mean with the extra bacon! Pointed this out to the chef who couldn’t see the problem…eventually came out with another fries but could do with some customer service training! I liked Mr York to start with but they are getting lazy & I think I’ll give them a miss now. Try Bastard burgers for a tasty burger…

  My first visit to this chain and the food seems to easily beat the other burger chains like McDonald's Burger King and Max. Service was a bit chaotic, like numbers indicating ready on the screen, but order no where near ready. Grooming was left in less charming pile in front of the kitchen counter.

  Close and easy access from/to highway Near gas station, super charging stations Good variety of burgers, very delicious and tasty Bad and very slow service, even though it was not crowded at all. It took 30 minutes to prepare our food. tables were dirty and there was no one cleaning them.

  Very nice Service that spoke English well. Nice, simple, organized and very very clean interior with all you need. The food was really great and was prepared quite fast. Dogs are allowed in the outside area. My only complaint is that the fries were sorta small and unfortunately they were out of milkshakes. Good stop for some food!

  For customers: Good food but don’t come to this location. There is many things wrong here based on my experience and the other reviews that I have read. Management needs a reality check. For Mister York There is a couple of problems with ordering here and it all comes down to poor management. Today, the 20th when a lot of people travel the country to celebrate christmas. There was one person handling the stovetop with another person by fries, one person cleaning and two people giving out orders, one of them being (I assume) the “passledare”. The restaurant was full by the point that there was barely anywhere to sit. The restaurant manager has failed his staff by not anticipating this and having more workers come in. Because of this there was a lot of problems with our orders to the point where I had to return three times. The burgers given out cold since they don’t have any way of keeping the food warm whilst fulfilling the order. Once again, the people working at the restaurant today were not at fault for this, it was the managements fault.
