  ☕✨ Masala Street Kitchen brings the flavors of home and tradition to every dish. Their Masala Tea is wonderfully spiced and comforting and the naan is soft, light, and perfectly charred. The staff are friendly and welcoming making it a warm, inviting, and memorable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

  Terrible experience from start to finish. Staff were cold and couldn’t care less. Pav bhaji was bland, the Lucknowi chicken was an absolute disaster — like raw tomato puree slapped on meat. No one bothered to ask if the food was even edible. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting money.

  Yesterday, my friends and I visited your restaurant and ordered two chicken dishes and one paneer dish. Unfortunately, both chicken dishes were spoiled—the chicken had a rubbery texture, and the gravy tasted off, making it inedible. We informed the staff immediately, and they explained that the chef might have burnt the cloves, which could have caused the taste issue. However, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, nor did we receive an apology. All we expected was a simple “sorry” and a resolution. Instead of replacing the dishes or addressing the issue appropriately, we were offered an additional vegetarian dish. At the end of the meal, we were billed for all four dishes. After some discussion, one chicken dish was removed from the bill, but we still felt this was not the right way to treat customers. We feel that, since we were Indians at an Indian restaurant, our concerns were not taken seriously. We strongly feel that if this had been a non-Indian group, the response might have been different, with an apology and proper replacements offered. We hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both the quality of food and the customer service experience.

  This restaurant has the really good tasty food and the best Pani Puri in town. The butter naan was a bit floppy and thick, it would have been better if it was a little thinner and slightly crispy. Hafsa was very service minded. She handled the guests with bravo. We noticed she was alone taking orders and serving.

  We recently dined at this restaurant and were extremly disappointed. We have ordered for 2 chicken dishes, the food quality was very poor and was unable to eat. We informed to the staffs and they told like it might be due to some over cooked or burnt issues. They offered a veg dish to replace the dishes, so we agreed. But during the bill payment, they were added both the 2 burnt dishes and the replaced dishes. So after some discussions they removed one of the chicken item and we paid for it. The way they treated us was very disappointing.
