    Best vegetarian kebab in the entire world!!!!!!!! In this specific Kebhouze they are always extremely nice and friendly!!! My favorite kebhouze of all is this one of Merlatta!!! Thanks to the team here because they are permanently supportive, friendly and patient to the clients with their kindness!

    I ordered to my home and it was the first time. I was really amazed by burger and I’m kinda disappointed with chicken nuggets because it was really dry. I got burger with beef kebab and I really liked it was really tasty. And onion rings are good nothing to be amazed but it was ok.

    Kebhouz is hands down one of the best kebab places out there. I've been to several of their locations, and the quality is always consistently excellent. The kebab has a unique, delicious taste and you can always tell the ingredients are fresh. Special shout-out to the worker Sabit at the Merlata Bloom location – he was super pleasant and helpful, which made the experience even better!

    One of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. Rasheed, the waiter, provided the worst customer service I've encountered. Despite our clear preference for halal food as Muslims in our first visit to Milan, he displayed impatience while taking our order. Although aware of our dietary restrictions, he failed to mention that the Caesar salad contained bacon. We discovered it was not halal after we tried it and saw there was bacon in it, I approached him to let him know yet he shifted blame to us and showed no remorse. The lack of accountability and poor service left me deeply disappointed. This establishment should reconsider their choice of staff for customer-facing roles. Such substandard service is unacceptable and I felt no empathy from the members of staff. This service is never displayed in London and I expect Milan to do better.

    I bought 2 Burgers,2 onion rings and 2 chiken nuggets. Burger is delicious. But chiken nuggets little bit dry. Onion rings taste just ok. I bought this for 2 people. And I spend 41.94€.
