  If you go to Matera and consider yourself a foodie do.not.miss.going here! The food was amazing, the staff gracious (we were early for our reservation and then afterwards had to wait there for our tour guide to arrive) and view from the patio spectacular. Chef came out after to chat. My son-in-law ran a Michelin star restaurant in Manhattan and I think this place is worthy!

  Can't say enough good things about our dining experience. Vito is a hugely talented chef, and every dish we had was cooked to perfection. The effort that's been put into creating a unique menu that showcases local flavours is clear. As well, our servers were friendly, attentive and gave us great recommendations for wine from the region. Thanks again to all the team!

  We were drawn in by the many excellent reviews and the fact that there are vegan options. Our visit did not disappoint—quite the opposite. It was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere, the food, and the service were all outstanding. As vegans, we had plenty of options to choose from, and Vito, the head chef, delighted us with a multi-course menu. Every single course was fantastic, and his wife was an incredibly warm and attentive host. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for this wonderful evening!

  An absolute gem in Matera! It was so good we went back for 2 consecutive nights. Chef and his wife made a really good team and each dish was made with so much heart and effort, both husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinners! Highly recommend!! 👍🏻👍🏻♥️♥️

  A nice little restaurant with a great view. We have just stumbled upon this gem with my wife while walking around the town. The service is great, the food is amazing, and the setting is spectacular. We have got to sit outside looking at the old town. While waiting for the food we enjoyed a cheeky glass of Aperol Spritz and enjoyed the view. The pasta is next-level and the tiramisu and chocolate soufflet after are not to be skipped.
